TERMS OF AGREEMENT


This agreement with Harned Marketing covers the relationship you will have our organization. This a month to month agreement.


The estimate included on the invoice covers only the work discussed in our meeting. The invoice will be sent following this agreement being signed by an authorized individual.

1) Certificates:

Your certificate will be ready to handout or email to your clients within 2-3 hours unless other wise noted and discussed as to the reason for the delay. You will have the option to swap out certificates as you please with at least a two week notice with no additional cost. If we are notified that a certificate has been discontinued then we will reach out to you and discuss other available certificates.

2) Revenue:

We tend to see an average of 30%-50% increase in revenue but this will determine as to how may certificates are handed out or your particular industry. Harned Marketing LLC does not guarantee or promise an increase in revenue but based on averages we do see a increase in revenue.

3) Payments:

Payments will be outlined on the invoice. Once payment is received Harned Marketing LLC will start to customize the certificate of your choosing. There is no refunds on payments made however Harned Marketing LLC will do it's best to satisfy you to the best of it's abilities.


If no payment is made by the due date, Harned Marketing LLC will allow an additional 5 calendar days to make the payment or service will be canceled.


You are entering into an agreement with Harned Marketing LLC. If you wish to cancel our agreement you may do so with a phone call to (602) 693-1002 or email at [email protected]. Please provide Harned Marketing LLC a minimum of 3 calendar days so we have ample time to cancel any automatic withdraws. There will not be a termination fee as this is a month to month agreement.
